| Melioris launches Asia Debts Xchange |

22 May 2008 – Louisville, Kentucky Melioris’ wholly owned subsidiary, Asia Debts Xchange Pte Ltd (ADX), participated as an exhibitor at the recently held National Association of Credit Management (NACM) Credit Congress 2008 at Louisville, Kentucky, USA. The credit congress was held at the Kentucky International Convention Centre in Downtown Louisville and was attended by thousands of delegates from all across US as well as overseas. ADX exhibited at booth #231 which was well attended by the delegates. At the conference in Kentucky, Melioris officially launched to the US credit community our Asia Debts Xchange and the ADX services including ADX Collections, a web-based service to help companies manage their internal and external collections process. ADX Collections is designed as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model to facilitate cost effective delivery and to help clients to reduce capital costs. Melioris also launched ADX Community, a internet based web 2.0 platform, to connect the credit and collections community between US and Asia. “The credit congress was a fabulous opportunity for Melioris to showcase our Asia Debts Xchange and our ADX’s collections, debt sale & buying as well as our community services and solutions.
